A follow up email will be sent to you within a 24 hour time period. 

Team Registration

Before your team can be scheduled into the tournament, you must be registered for the 2021 season with a full roster of at least 9 players. The USSSA scheduling system will not allow a team to be entered without being registered. This is a one time registration fee for the season, registration is valid until  August 31, 2019.  

Entry Payment
 If payment was not submitted with your entry form, you will be required to process a payment seven days prior to the tournament.

Dropping from the Tournament

You will be added to the "Who's Coming List" once a submitted form has been received. If you decide not to participate please notify us in writing by email. 

Tournament Check In
Print a copy of your roster and turn it into the site director one hour prior to your first scheduled game.

Have copies of your insurance and birth certificates to veiw.   You can also email a copy of your roster. 

Game Schedule (Applies to regular weekend tournaments)
The tournament schedule will be posted on the Wednesday prior to the event by 9:00 PM
